Dr. Yvette Martin McGrew

Have you ever had trouble saying "no" to adding new things to your plate?

Do you hesitate to delegate tasks to others?

Have you felt like you can't measure up to the example of other women?

In this episode, I speak with Yvette Martin McGrew about recognizing the individuals that God has created us to be, and how to remain ourselves even when we feel pressure to pretend we are someone else. We discuss reading the Word and other books, scheduling time to get away while dealing with an inconsistent work schedule, and living with confidence.

Yvette is an anesthesiologist here in Minnesota. She is an adventurous and outgoing person who does clinical work, research, and teaches as well. As you can see, she stays pretty busy, but she is passionate about helping other women realize that it is possible to work in a demanding role while still having a great home life!

We’ll be back next Monday with a new episode to encourage and replenish you, but if you want more right away, make sure to listen to our earlier episodes as well. (You can also join our Patreon for access to bonus content and helpful resources!)
