Heather Cruz

Are you exhausted from running your own business?

Are you too hard on yourself when things at home or work aren't as perfect as you feel they should be?

Is it hard to find the peaceful quiet place that you desperately need?

In this episode, Heather and I discuss how to find rest in God, replenishment vs. self-medicating, and being intentional about DAILY refreshment. It takes deliberate effort to identify and pursue the things we need to build our mental, physical, and emotional energy back up after a depleting day in the house or office.

Heather is a mental health therapist (LPCC) treating trauma symptoms, ptsd, and emotional/behavioral difficulties, a ballroom dancer, and well as a mother of twins! She is an intensely caring woman, who has utilized her unique personality and experiences to find success both in her field and her family!
